A Home for an iPad

I was running to the car the other day after class, my husband right beside me.  We wanted to get home!  I had forgotten that I had put about half a cup of coffee in the bag where I kept my iPad.

Thank goodness it was a hard case!  Coffee everywhere!  Now my iPad case is covered in coffee stains and it stinks of stale brew.  I can’t use it.  It saved my iPad but I can’t use my case anymore.  It’s gross!

So I did what any self-respecting crochet-a-holic does.  I made my own case.

And here it is.

Using on HDC and DC, with SC up the two sides to close it up, I made myself a little bag for my iPad.  It’s not the cleanest.  It’s not the best.  But it’s plush because I used LionBrand Jiffy Thick & Quick yarn!  It worked up FAST!  I did the handles with DC during class.

I might have to get more thick yarn to make myself a little purse.  I’m loving this thing!
